Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technology horizons
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA JPL, and ETH Zurich
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Science or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, TechScape)
- Strong patent portfolio (5+ granted AI/quantum patents)
- Executive-level stakeholder management across global enterprises
