Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or corporate R&D

- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools, data visualization, and predictive analytics
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ budgets for innovation initiatives
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ transformational projects with measurable ROI
