- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and commercial teams
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption scenarios
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present innovation frameworks and progress to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership within Fortune 500 tech companies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, or biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
