Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in emerging technology strategy or innovation management
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent expertise)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI, or bio-convergence domains
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global markets)
- Experience with regulatory foresight in tech policy
