Responsibilities
- Design and implement forward-looking technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing disruptive solutions across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation strategy with business objectives
- Manage R&D budgets and resource allocation for experimental projects
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies and responsible innovation
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and secure buy-in for transformational projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in emerging technology sectors
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., CEIM, CIMP) preferred
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Portfolio showcasing innovation initiatives with measurable impact
