Responsibilities

- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Manage innovation portfolios with $2M+ annual budgets
- Drive patent development and IP protection for emerging innovations
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven track record launching breakthrough tech products (3+ successful cases)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and lean startup methodologies
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Tech Futures Academy)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
