Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional sprints with robotics, bioengineering, and materials science teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-machine symbiosis
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging paradigms (e.g., synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Secure $500K+ in innovation grants through strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism with 5+ years strategy experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-relevant projects (quantum applications, AI ethics frameworks, etc.)
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
