Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era product roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Design scalable innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping of next-gen solutions
- Partner with R&D to validate technical feasibility of 5-10 year vision initiatives
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and external stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Mentor innovation fellows in future-thinking methodologies and foresight techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership on future trends (patents, white papers, or TEDx talks)
- Experience leading teams through ambiguous technological transitions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex system interactions
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully scaled innovation initiatives
