Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and future-proof business models
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized networks) and their commercial applications
- Create scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate-related disruptions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Manage a portfolio of 3-5 innovation initiatives with $1M+ annual budgets
- Build and lead a dedicated foresight team of 5-8 specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, management consulting, or corporate R&D with proven 5+ year foresight track record
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI governance, biotech ethics, or circular economy systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier publication
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents with remote-first operations
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 commercialized innovations from future trend analysis
- Certification in Futures Design or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
