Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present findings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive patent development for breakthrough methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps (minimum 5-year horizon)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Proficiency in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D funding for innovation initiatives
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology or innovation journals
