Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with market trends and technological forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing emerging technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation lab operations and allocate R&D resources efficiently
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech accelerators
- Monitor regulatory developments affecting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation, R&D, or venture capital
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products or ventures
- Strong financial modeling and strategic planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) preferred
