- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities across North America and APAC regions
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Spearhead partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors quarterly
- Mentor a team of 12 innovation specialists and technical architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
