Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead discovery initiatives for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web)
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for next-gen tech ecosystems
- Manage strategic partnerships with startups and research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and investors
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation incubation team
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong financial acumen for innovation portfolio management
- Experience with agile development and lean startup methodologies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, PhD preferred)
