Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Anticipate disruptive trends through market research, scenario planning, and competitive intelligence
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging tech (quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI adoption and sustainable tech integration
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor teams in future-proof methodologies and agile innovation processes
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products (2020-2025)
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CPSI, CDIO)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin or Spanish
