- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to secure first-mover advantages
- Present innovation roadmaps to stakeholders with compelling data visualization and ROI projections
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and design thinking principles
- Monitor global innovation trends and competitive landscapes to maintain strategic advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their business applications (AI, IoT, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology preferred
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) or strategic foresight
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated experience scaling innovation teams in fast-paced environments
