Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead R&D initiatives for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with ESG and regulatory frameworks
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies in climate resilience and neuro interfaces
- Manage $20M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Present findings to global stakeholders at industry summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused innovation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or Quantum Physics
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging tech
- Proven success scaling AI/ML solutions to enterprise-level
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
- Experience with DARPA/NASA innovation programs preferred
