Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize innovation opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Translate strategic insights into actionable product development frameworks
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio success and ROI measurement
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototype validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., scenario planning)
- Strong technical background in at least one emerging technology domain
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder alignment
