Qualifications

- 7+ years experience in R&D, product innovation, or tech strategy
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Strong analytical skills with scenario planning expertise
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in innovation contexts
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in innovation management preferred
