Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, Web3, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate innovations into core offerings
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation strategies to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget and cross-functional project teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or tech leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex scenarios
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and portfolio management tools
