- Mentor a team of 8 multidisciplinary innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience scaling R&D teams from 5 to 50+ professionals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
