Responsibilities

- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and integrate emerging startups into our innovation ecosystem
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in corporate innovation, R&D, or technology consulting

- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
