Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (AI, quantum, IoT)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and competitive threats
- Design scalable frameworks for technology adoption and digital transformation
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Manage R&D budget allocation for high-impact initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Experience with agile/lean methodologies and startup ecosystems
