Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch disruptive products/services
- Analyze emerging market trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Partner with R&D to translate scientific breakthroughs into scalable business solutions
- Secure and manage innovation partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members securing $50M+ in funding
- Drive culture of innovation through hackathons, patent development, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching at least two industry-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or synthetic biology)
- Executive experience with P&L responsibility and $100M+ budget management
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published thought leader in innovation journals (e.g., HBR, MIT Sloan)
- Global network of tech partners and venture capitalists
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFP)
