Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 3-year innovation roadmap for emerging technologies (2024-2026)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Validate technical feasibility of next-gen concepts through pilot programs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with quantified impact projections
- Build partnerships with research institutions and startups in emerging tech sectors
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business with 7+ years in innovation strategy
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio of successfully launched innovation initiatives
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
