Qualifications

- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (portfolio required)

- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM, CFP)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
