We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead breakthrough initiatives at the intersection of AI, quantum computing, and sustainable innovation. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D funding through strategic partnerships with DARPA and NASA
- Drive patent portfolios covering at least 15 emerging technology domains
- Present disruptive blueprints to C-suite executives and federal innovation councils
- Mentor PhD researchers in translating theoretical concepts to market-ready applications
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI and biotech innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years leading R&D initiatives in Fortune 500 tech environments
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from lab to $100M+ revenue streams
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech verticals (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Published author in MIT Technology Review or equivalent tier publications
- Active member of IEEE Future Directions Committee or similar
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for federal collaboration projects
