Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a 3-year strategic innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product features and service offerings
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruption vectors for long-term positioning
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing concepts
- Monitor and report on key innovation metrics and KPIs
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Advanced degree in business, technology, or related field preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management a plus
