Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futures research
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business Strategy, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and technical stakeholders
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation portfolios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) strongly preferred
