Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate industry disruptions
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and secure approval for resource allocation
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Track KPIs and report on innovation pipeline progress quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or market-leading solutions
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and competitive intelligence methodologies
- Strong financial acumen for R&D budget management and ROI analysis
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) preferred
