Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Curate and host annual 2026 Tech Summit for industry thought leaders
- Anticipate global tech disruptions through continuous horizon scanning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026 tech domains (AGI, Web4.0, neurotech)
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and regulators
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight certification preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
