Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps with measurable innovation milestones
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in prototyping AI-driven, quantum-enhanced, and sustainable tech solutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with 2026 market potential
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-era technologies
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with proven 2020-2025 tech adoption track record
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neural interfaces
- Portfolio of successfully commercialized innovations with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for next-gen technologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or grants
