Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with global tech trends and market disruptors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients
- Identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.) with commercial potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley labs and academic institutions
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget and vendor ecosystem for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching AI/ML products with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 50+ technical professionals
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or peer-reviewed research
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Technology Radar)
