Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead quantum computing and AI ethics research initiatives with $10M+ annual budgets
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Manage global teams of 15+ researchers and engineers across 3 continents
- Develop patent strategies for emerging technologies in sustainable tech
- Present findings to industry panels and regulatory bodies
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in product development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record launching products with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, machine learning ethics, or sustainable tech
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets
