- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets across 3-5 strategic initiatives
- Present visionary frameworks to investors and industry partners
- Mentor a 12-person innovation lab of engineers and futurists
- Drive sustainability and ethical tech integration in all projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record launching market-defining products post-2020
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology trends
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Proficiency in future forecasting tools and scenario planning
