You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and external partners to shape our innovation portfolio and ensure we remain ahead of industry shifts. The ideal candidate combines deep technical acumen with strategic foresight and exceptional leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Present innovation strategies and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for high-impact projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their market applications
- Exceptional strategic planning and analytical capabilities
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
