- Manage a $5M+ R&D portfolio with agile budget allocation
- Build and lead a specialized innovation lab team of 8-10 experts
- Present strategic foresight reports to stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research centers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with large-scale budget management experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends
- Experience scaling high-growth tech teams (8+ direct reports)
