Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing breakthrough projects across AI, quantum, and sustainability domains
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through market research and competitive analysis
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Secure and allocate R&D budget for high-impact initiatives
- Present innovation progress and ROI to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Strong strategic planning and financial acumen (>$50M budget experience preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, or keynotes)
