- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Secure and manage $10M+ innovation budgets for cutting-edge research initiatives
- Present breakthrough findings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Mentor junior talent in emerging technologies and future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of delivering transformative tech products (3+ $50M+ projects)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or nanotechnology
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs and research institutions
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling abilities
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Fluency in future-tech frameworks like Toffler's 'Third Wave' principles
