- Present strategic visions to C-suite and investors
- Develop patent portfolios for emerging technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing or AI/ML
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Experience managing >$3M budgets
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Strong patent portfolio management skills
