Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across vertical markets
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptive forces
- Architect innovation frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into viable business models
- Present findings to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and ecosystem impact
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation-first culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and market transformation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or biotech innovation
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent advanced degree in technology strategy
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience securing $1M+ budgets for experimental initiatives
- Fluency in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
