Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions
- Expertise in agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Deep understanding of quantum computing or biotech convergence
- Strategic planning experience with $10M+ innovation budgets
- Certified in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI)
- Published research in IEEE or similar journals
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
