- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption impact
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor a team of 5-7 innovation specialists
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: generative AI, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical innovation frameworks
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published author or speaker at top-tier innovation conferences
