Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation strategy aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio and resource allocation
- Present strategic roadmap to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University for future-tech scouting
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching future-focused products
- Expertise in emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership on innovation strategy
- Patent portfolio or startup acquisition experience preferred
