- Lead moonshot projects in quantum-AI convergence and carbon-neutral tech systems
- Manage $15M+ R&D budget with agile resource allocation across 12+ global labs
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA for co-development initiatives
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor 15+ engineers and researchers through innovation sprints and prototyping cycles
- Secure 3+ patents annually in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level strategy roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $100M+ market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering from top-tier institution
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Experience managing distributed teams across 3+ continents
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures
