Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era prototypes (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Architect ethical frameworks for emerging technologies with UN advisory board
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D funding through venture partnerships and government grants
- Pioneer industry-first sustainability metrics for next-gen tech deployments
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and Global Tech Summits
- Mentor PhD fellows in our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in future-tech strategy
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or neural systems
- Track record of scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act, and global tech policy
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Quantum Assembly)
- PhD in Computational Physics/AI or equivalent demonstrable impact
