Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product development with 5+ in leadership
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum/sustainable tech solutions
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in agile development and DevOps practices
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Certification in AI ethics or sustainable tech preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
