- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and DARPA initiatives
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite investors and board members
- Mentor junior innovators in agile prototyping and rapid iteration
- File 15+ patents annually for proprietary IP development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing federal grants and private equity funding
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech design
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing APIs
- Track record of commercializing at least 3 patented innovations
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
