Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and execution of the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, advanced biotech) relevant to the 2026 vision.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact innovation projects on time and within budget.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate the value of future tech investments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives with a clear focus on future-ready technologies.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, Data Architecture, and Cloud Computing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
