Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching products with $10M+ ARR impact
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep expertise in strategic foresight and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong network with venture capitalists and global tech ecosystems
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Certified in Ethical AI and Sustainable Tech frameworks
