- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Measure and report innovation KPIs using advanced analytics frameworks
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products post-2020
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive product launches
- Certification in Future Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
